How do I get a PM Started?
The ASC1 representative will schedule a time to discuss the PM options with you and do a no charge site survey.
The ASC1 representative will provide you with a quotation for the PM proposal based on what you want done and what equipment you have. There is no commitment or any cost to you up to this point. If you feel our PM program is not the right fit for your establishment we hope you will consider using us for replacement parts and repair service in the future.
If you do recognize the value properly functioning equipment brings to your kitchen, and realize the cost of the PM is easily paid for by reducing equipment downtime and costly after-hours or weekend service calls, then ASC1 will schedule a date and time to perform the PM.
During the PM the ASC1 technician will perform all duties detailed on the check sheets for every piece of equipment listed in the PM proposal. Minor adjustments to hardware and calibrations will be made when stated in the PM proposal.
After the PM is complete the ASC1 representative will once again schedule time with you to go through a technician report for each piece of equipment. This report details the functionality of each piece and makes any suggestions or recommendations for improving the equipments condition.
